Elgin Industries has been producing performance engine parts for over 100 years. The company's long history in engine performance includes numerous camshaft part numbers, and today Elgin introduces two more with its LSX 376 Crate Motor Camshafts – 480 Hot Cam and 515/525 ASA camshafts.
The 515/525 ASA camshaft (E-1250-P) is comparable to the cam found in GM Crate Motor LSX376/525 and LS376/515 (GM Part #88958770). Intended for 1997 and up model years, this camshaft has an rpm range of 2,200-5,400, is a hydraulic roller cam with .525″ lift and 225/236 duration at .050″.
The cam also features a 110 lobe separation, a standard firing order and a 3-bolt cam gear attachment.
Elgin's 480 Hot Cam (E-1251-P) is comparable to the cam found in GM Crate Motor LSX376/480 (GM Part #88958753). Intended for performance use, this LS cam has an rpm range of 2,000-4,800, is a hydraulic roller, has a .523″ intake lift and a .524″ exhaust lift with 218/227 duration at .050″.
This cam also has a 112 lobe separation and a 3-bolt cam gear attachment. For more info: www.elginind.com
